EVENTS: Weekly Best Practices TeleSkills Webinars
Each week we run a telesales webinar to help you master the best practices of a critical skill. The sessions
are approximately 30 minutes long and deal with one or two key sales techniques. Due to the time limit
we may longer subjects in multiple sessions.
The techniques in the videos may appear "simple," but far from unimportant. Each has its place in your
selling process and when mastered will improve overall performance. Many of the programs are archived so
that you can watch previous shows you missed or review the material for better understanding.
