There are things about communicating on the telephone that are very important to your success. In this workshop we will discuss telephone communications and relationship skills. We will talk about what that communication looks like and what is specifically important to your success. Additionally, we will be discussing one of the primary errors salespeople make that causes prospects make excuses and disengage the presentation. I will show you how to increase your relationships with prospects by using the right communication process.
