You Don't Really Want to Buy, Do You?
Application Lesson 2
This lesson is very simple.
Take what you have leaned in Lesson 1 about the audio quality of your call and combine it with
the content quality techniques in this lesson and use it in your calls.
Review and analyze at least 10 of your sales calls (over time). Each time you listen to a call
make notes and improvements and review them before your corrections before making your next set
of calls.
You should find in the process of doing this exercise that you start delivering a much higher
level of audio quality in your call and have a much smoother conversation with most of your prospects.
