Selecting the correct call objective is one of the main keys to excellent results on the telephone.

One of the most common failures in telephone selling is the adoption of a clear and well defined call objective. Without a very specific purpose you will frequently find that telephone sales call begins to wander and you end up going in circles rather than making good forward progress. Correcting this can result in remarkably better results.
