An overview of our weekly web seminars.
Our webinars concentrate and contain ROOT skills. A "root" skills is a fundamental
skill that is used in combination with others to create complex actions or results. It is
very much like the "sidekick" technique in Karate.
In order to do the more complicated Kata (series of moves in succession) you must first master
the "sidekick" and other similar individual root movements.
Even the opening of a phone call has multiple skills being executed at the same time, relationship
skills, communication skills, presentation skills, and questioning skills just to name a few.
The subject matter in each and every one of these classes has the potential to make a remarkable
difference in your overall performance.
Additionally, we have chosen to stay with "root" subject matter because our web-presentation is
virtually a one-way communication, even though questions can be asked. Without a more interactive
format more complex discussions are extremely difficult Our time limitation of thirty minutes also
poses a challenge as most of the subjects presented could easily fill a one-day class if examined
in depth.
